teensy red blinking and not working-> solved

Hello everyone,
i am working on a midi controller with a Teensy 4.0 and after soldering it just didn't show up anymore in Arduino IDE, when connecting via USB. Its just blinking red. Can anyone help?
It is actually hard to tell how many times its blinking.

I just checked with a multimeter: 5v and 3,3V are ok...

ok, i connected it to another computer and finally it worked again!
