That 'Board' manager install includes all the essential software to build for Teensy. Only added devices or software features would require additional libraries.

Hopefully the Teensy 3.2 in hand is an actual PRJC product as they have been out of production for some time and counterfeit units are advertised and to not seem to work like the real PJRC product. If the Teensy there is real it will match the product images on teh PJRC.com product page for that retired product and should be confirmed if any problems are encountered in use.
 
Where did you buy a Teensy 3.2?

It was discontinued on October 20, 2023. But only small quantity were made between 2021 to 2023 due to chip shortages. It has effectively been scarce since 2021.
