From that photo your Teensy is the "no ethernet" version, it doesn't have the ethernet chip next to where the cable connects.

but it is teensy 4.1 so i think its have a ethernet. our connection is ethernet cable come from router connect to rj45 and rj45 connect to teesy4.1 via 6 ribbon and teensy further connect to the pc through usb.

Compare the photos on Sparkfun's website. Teensy 4.1 with ethernet versus Teensy 4.1 without ethernet. Look at the location between the main processor and the 6 pins for the ethernet ribbon cable.

Your photo clearly shows the version of Teensy 4.1 without the ethernet chip.

The good news is this is a pretty easy fix. Just get another Teensy 4.1 with the ethernet chip and save this no-ethernet version for another project where you don't need ethernet.

so for ethernet i purchase a teensy 4.1 with ethernet? then i think everything working . this is ok for it? and thankyou for reply...

You will also need another 3x2 header pins, because removing the pins after soldering is virtually impossible. Don't try. The pins and the circuit board usually end up damaged by desoldering effort.

If you have a spare ethernet kit, you can use one of its pins.

Digikey and many other electronics distributors have pins that will work. They need to be 2mm pitch. Here are several part I found with a quick search. Hopefully these part numbers help.
