Understand Feasibility of Acquiring Fast Pulse

I need to capture an analog 0-10V pulse that looks much like a single positive sine wave. My main interest is the peak value. The peak occurs within 30 to 70 useconds, and total 0-peak-0 pulse lasts 300 microseconds. I plan to overclock, and capture as much of that peak as I can at 12 bit or greater. I can give a "warning" to the Teensy, via digital signal, so it can arm itself, to keep heat stress to a minimum. The duty cycle of the pulses are only one per every 10 seconds. For output I plan to write a digital value to the serial.

Question does this seem reasonable for a Teensy 4.0?
