USB data download Teensy 3.1

Just found out that client site is windoze only, and nothing else will be acceptable (was gonna ship them a laptop ready to run, geez). Have no idea how to do this on windoze: need to stream a data set through USB to laptop computer at end of datalogging session. Found a Python package called Teensy Rawhid, but no joy.

Could you brave souls of WIndows-land please point me to a simple solution to stream data to win XP or 7 box through USB?

HERE are a few guidelines for what to post if you expect help. Even brave souls of Windows land need some basic information!
