    I think it's not a sample rate problem, but perhaps a buffer problem because when I record USB Input on any software (Audacity, Pro Tools or Digital Performer), waveform are ok ..... But yes, I have try 44.1Khz...

    Ok, I see, but my goal is to use Teensy as an USB audio device (in and out). I want to order some audio adaptor for my project but if the library contains some bugs, I will not .... So, waiting for Paul's response !
