    I see you found the UHS code. I do not see how it can reject non-MIDI devices. As long as the device has at least 1 bulk in and 1 bulk out the driver will claim the device. Perhaps a better solution is to add a way...

    The USB Host Shield library USB Host MIDI driver does the same check for class and subclass but if it fails, it looks for Bulk In and Bulk Out endpoints. If they exist, it uses them. This is far from ideal but it deals...
