      All of the code that handles receiving and flashing new programs on the device is inside the bootloader (the MKL02 chip). It is not public. The code that transfers control to the bootloader is here...

      But MCU (IMXRT1062) have to detect usb connection and handle bootloading somehow. I am conscious that this part of code is proprietary but I only want to know if this code is a part of 'core.a'? Moreover, is there any brief description available...

      Sorry unclear, are you talking about the code on the PC side? If so the Teensy app that comes with Teensyduino installs (or board installs with IDE 2.x) has the app. If you are looking for the source code for that app, it is not public...
