numlock and capslock LED

I've been fixing up an old dead IBM model F AT keyboard and I've used a different controller to make it work, but it had 2 different boards inside of it originally. One for LEDs, and one for the rest of the board.

The board that controlled the LEDs is also dead/destroyed and the controller I'm using now connected to that thing to light up the LEDs.

I know the teesny can act as a keyboard, but I just want it to light LEDs when I push capslock scrolllock and numlock.

Can anyone point me in the right direction, or give me some code and what I would need to solder? I actually have some LEDs here and a Teesny 2.0 ready to test.

My plan is to just make a bracket to hold the LEDs in the right spots and hook the teensy to a USB hub I have inside the keyboard where I also have some storage! (There is a lot of room in the top part of this keyboard)

Thank you!
