    NavFrequencyEncoder not picking up in Xplane

    I have my breadboard talking back and forth to xplane with teensy3 .......Nav picks up fine .....pushbuttons increase and decrease frequency (course) ...ok

    the encoder does not change fine...

    so the 3.3v from the teensy3 gets intercepted by...

    so the 3.3v from the teensy3 gets intercepted by the step up and in turn supplies low ripple clean 5volts to the dog163 LCD....that sounds like a quick solution..it is just a shame the teensy can do...
