In the other hand - what do i do with 30+ Cards...?
What type of "knob" do you record for 8MB Data??!?!?!?
Start with Behringers Model D. Its a clone of the archetypic MinMoog.
Maybe this helps, here are some Videos with sound examples:
about the MiniMoog Filter
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yPHJA092a9w
about self oscillation...
The cult around the Moog Filter is all about its iconic sound. For comparison simple filter sweeps of an rectangle Waveform with different frequencies and resonance settings should be sufficient....
For me its perfectly OK, but i know how these hardcore geeks are: a Low Frequency Generator has to go from slower than a galcier up to 20khz, an analog VCO has to track withing +-2ct and everything...
"synth guy" here:
A usefull filter should have "CV" for Cutoff and Resonance preferably up to audio rate for FM. "Ladder" should be sufficient, also to avoid copyright infringements.
Why dont you then use the internal Audio Systems Effects for "small and inexpensive"? Adding a simple circuitry for mixing audio input would allow to use it as an FV-1 FX/Filterbox additionally,...
You dont "reroute data to the SDA pin". The display wont know what to do with Audio Data, in most cases its a dumb thing that just diplays whatever Bitmap is sent. You need some graphics library that...
What about an Audio IN so you can route a signal thru the Filter + FX, just like the Shruthi. Maybe you could even Sample?
You Sir, are crazy! :D
Encoders and Pushbuttons will work without any problem with 3,3V. Most LCD and almost all OLED work with 3,3V, too. LEDs work perfectly with 3,3V, you just need to adjust the current limiting...
Is there any teensy-approved Library to easily write and read data to an 24lc512 eeprom?
Any help highly appreciated!
What happens if you push 2 buttons simultaneously?
You could do your own. If so, why not implement something more interesting than an ADSR?
You really want to have an exponential release phase.....
How about some 4051? https://pdf1.alldatasheet.com/datasheet-pdf/view/173652/UTC/4051.html
Thanks for the suggestion, but i simply havent enough space to squeeze in a MosFet and 2 Resistors...
BTW: as i understand OE must be tied to VCC=5V, right? I neeeeeed more coffee.
Sadly TME adds 5,9€ Shipping and i currently have no other parts to source, so the eBay Seller is cheaper.
Besides this, can you recommend TME?
Are these look OK? I guess its just a wrong Picture?

Ladies and Gentleman,
i'd like to drive some WS2812 via a Logic Level converter for security reasons. As real estate is precious on my project i'd like to go with a SMT type, preferably one...
Just get a better PSU. Compensating for crappy PSU is not worthwile the effort as a proper PSU costs next to nothing more than a bad one. When your Circuit is silent with a normal, not superfancy PSU...
Are you left-handed? Because you put the Encoder to the left of the Display. Since most people (86/87) are Right handed placing it to the right would be much better, since you are hiding the Display...
Have you ever tried to run it from a 9V Battery to rule out the noise is coming from your PSU?
Shameless self promotion: https://dmachinery.net/modules/triples/
First, i never have seen a JFET in a simple Buffer, where a simple TL07x could have been used. Maybe you change this to a more standard approach.
And id trash the whole hardware delay thing and...
You still have the Inductor L1 on the wrong place - theres no uses protecting the input of the Linear regulater, you should protect your analog circuitry which still ist directly connected to your...
Is there any official logo a la "powered by Teensy" or something i can put on my PCBs?
Would be nice having something like that.....
So its just plugging in the Teensy and click a Button on a Webpage? Im all in for that one!
Audio to the Audio Shield goes vie I2S, not I2C, I2C is just used to control the Codec, so need to worry your Display interferes with Audio Data.
Easier than BASIC? Should i have a look at it? It just because i feel my Code looks like BASIC code in a C++ Wrapper ;-)
I dont use 3.5/6 or 4.1s :-)
Honestly whats easier? Copy a file (where is my card ????) to a SD (where is my card reader????) and plug it into a board (dont forget to make the SD Slot easily...
Right! NEED * MORE * COFFEE and tried to edit Post #3. I wasnt aware that this options runs out after some Time???
Most recent (branded) PSUs work just fine, only the cheapest ones (hence the...
Ferrite beads additionally would supress any HF noise, but have no impact in audible range.
Moin Ben!
First, you have t understand that you NEVER should run Audio Circuits directly from a non trustworhty, possibly unstabilized and unfiltered rail, especially if you have a common GND with...
Any chances the MicroMod 3.2 will be available commercially sometime?
Besides the fact that S/N ratio isnt not really an important parameter to a Synth (at least i didt care for it, "musicallity" or usabliity are magnitudes of more importance) - does it make sense to...
Maybe its easier to have the Sensors away from the Teensy+Display?
OK, good luck then.
Its easy: every time you connect something (quick enough.... see here "Why do some synths produce clicks") and there is a voltage difference it clicks. It doesnt matter if you connect it via...
You still create a Click with these types of Relais, i guess you would need a "make before break" type of relay. Besides this, a relay for preventing a switch on pop is deep in overengineering...
What exactly do you want to achieve with this??? Whats the difference between plugging in a jack and switching via a relais? And: whats the criteria for switching on the Relais?
Paul,
thanks for the quick response!
I just tried to save me the hassle of multiple 595s for driving all the LEDs in my next Project and one single PIN to drive approx 30 LEDs + they all can be...
I love Blinkenlights but i got confused:
are WS2811 or PL9823 LEDs (im specially interested in 5mm or even 3mm Versions) compatible with the WS2812 and can i use the W2812Serial Library with...
Teensys PCB Qualitiy is top notch and i never had an issue the last 50+ teensys i soldered. If you have problems soldering to it it may be these are more on your side and you might possibly need a...
Sadly this doesnt integrate well with most projects.....
Time to think about your Gain Staging if you overdrive something.
People will hate you for that DC offset. At least many people i know.
Time to think about your gain staging. Or your Monitors ;-)
Why do you have a physical bass boost? If you feel you are lacking low end you could either implement a Sub Oscillator (good idea anyways) or ad a bit digitally (via adding HP output from a SVF to...
You can also order them via AliExpress for about 6ct/pc
They are as cheap as resistors (nearly) so the easiest Solution is to just buy a few hundred PT8211 and keep them on Stock. At least if you...
