Hello, I'm using the audio shield for teensy and wanted to make a device that analyses audio. I know the headphone jack is DAC coverter, is there also any possibility it can be used as an ADC? Or should I stick to using the normal LR input of the shield?

Also, I wanted to send the analysed audio data via OSC, like peak meters and stuff through a wix820, but I'm wondering if its possible to attach the teensy to the shield while also connect the wix820 and make it work to send data, as it uses the same pins as the shield.

No, the headphone output can not be used an an input. It's output only.

Yes. That is the way to get a signal in.

This should be possible. It's probably easier on Teensy 4.0, since SPI can use the standard pins while the audio shield is in use.
