I've just purchased my first Teensy 3 board and would like to run a project on it 24/7 .
Could you please advise me what is the best voltage to use (on VIN/GND) - (most of the sensors connected require 5v)
The reason i'm asking is that I used Ardunio's before and they always recommended using 7v voltage to avoid the regulator getting too hot (the recommended range is 7-12).
Would a phone 5v regulated phone charger with 1A be recommended?
