How does Teensy 3.0 talk to PC in Raw HID mode when using TeensyDuino?

Is there any documentation for the Teensy 3.0 on how to communicate to a Windows 7 PC when coding the Teensy using TeensyDuino?
The documentation on http://www.pjrc.com/teensy/rawhid.html seems to be for Teensy 1 and 2 not using TeensyDuino...

Have a look at Examples > Tensy > USB_RawHID > Basic for a sketch in the Teensyduino environment that uses raw HID. Remember to set Tools > Board to Teensy 3.0 and Tools > USB Type to Raw HID.
And yes, it would be nice to have a page on that in the Teensyduino section.
