Teensy 3.0 just stopped working

Hi,

Not sure if this is the best place to put this, but my Teensy 3.0 has stopped receiving programs, and is not recognised in any of the ports when i plug it in. I have a second Teensy 3.0 and this is working fine in both ports, and same cable.

I have the Teensy 3.0 and an Adxl345 breakout board, with the intention of connecting to leds, but i haven't got that far yet!

Any ideas?

This is on Windows:
I have occasionally had a Teensy (2++ or 3) disappear on me. So far, I have been able to bring them back by holding down the reset button and then plugging in the USB cable, then release the reset button. Now, even though the COM port may not be there, start up the IDE and load the simple blinking LED example.

I've got a Teensy3 with the same problem. The reset button trick didn't work for me.. Running latest Arduino, TeensyDuino. Win 7/32.
