I am having some bad luck.

I have 3 Teensy boards here, all of which have worked well in the past.

I am trying to upload code to two of the Teensy2++ boards with no luck. They do not show up in the Arduino serial port. No idea why. THe just stopped showing up.

The third board I have is a teensy2, and the code uploads fine.

This is really bad I have a thesis due in one week and now have two boards that I cannot upload code to. I tried on multiple computers with the same results. It just says 'press the reset button', which is of course unresponsive.

I did a quick test.

Both Teensy2++'s have 0.3V across them when plugged into USB.

The Teensy2 has 5.0V (as expected).

These boards seem fried. But for no reason. All I was doing was uploading code and had nothing plugged into them at the time.

Yikes, how did this happen...

I have no idea what happened, but 0.3 volts on the power line is definitely a hardware failure.

I can't see how just a code upload could cause such a hardware failure. But if you still have the exact code, I could try loading it onto some boards here.
