The crystal is the limiting part, with a minimum spec at -10C.
It will very likely work down to much colder temperature, but the change in frequency may be more than 15 ppm, relative to the frequency at room temperature.
I am investigating the use of Teensy 3.5 in a project and I need to report temperature range specs, is the teensy 3.5 also limited in lower temperature range to the oscillator's -10C?
If so, what is the part number of the oscillator used?
Tested a T3.5 to -20C last year. Decreased ENOB and the writes to an EXTERNAL SD (on-board SD not used in this application) had a very small error rate that was not present at 24C. If the freq went out of spec, I did not detect it.
The ultimate source for ratings and limits are the specs published by PJRC and the comments of Paul Stoffregen.
