If anyone is looking for low power regulator I just got a couple of ams AS1360 LDO's from mouser that I'm really happy with. They only use 1.5µA of quiescent current and can tolerate up to 20V on their input. I also got a couple SOT23 adapters from sparkfun to test them out.
