Smile kurtosis of an analog signal

Hey! I am new to Arduino and I have a project where I have to take an input signal (sine wave with 1V amplitude and 100Hz) from a function generator, read the input voltages, calculate the kurtosis of 30 second intervals of these inputs, and send them wirelessly via XBee to a nearby computer.

What I am having difficulty with is the coding of the arduino. I used the ReadAnalogVoltage Example to read my voltages coming in, but I am really struggling on where to go from there. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Are you using a Teensy or an Arduino?
The three questions in my response to your identical post on the Arduino forum (Programming Questions) still stand.
