The usb_debug_only docs imply that usb_debug_only is not compatible with
other usb functions - usb_serial, for instance.
This seems to be the case; linking a test pgm with both functions fails, with
four errors - Two are easily fixed naming conflicts in the include files, but the
other two are differing ISR routines assigned to the same Interrupt Vectors.
I don't see an obvious workaround, but I'm not quite a C guru, or a Teensy
maven for that matter
