Teensy 3.1 with TimerOne

TeensyDuino gives compile errors with TimerOne examples

blink program example

(e.g., TIMSK1, TOIE1 not declared in TimerOne.h)

Interrupt example
TCCR1B, WGM13, TCCR1A, CS10 etc. not declared.

What am I missing here?

I don't have my Teensyduino files in front of me this moment but I believe TimerOne and TimerThree are AVR-specific... That is, they only work with Teensy2 (or, the AVR Arduinos I suppose)

Yes indeed. Use IntervalTimer to run a function periodically (the most common use for TimerOne).

To gain control of PWM frequency (the other way to use TimerOne), use analogWriteFrequency.
