'Next' button on installer should be more informative

The 'next' button is disabled unless several conditions are met (in Arduino directory, with a supported version of Arduino). As I result, I spent quite a while clicking around to different directories trying to get the Next button to enable when it turned out that the issue was that I was running Arduino 1.0.3 and needed to upgrade to Arduino 1.0.5. I'd suggest that the installer should tell users when they're in an Arduino directory but it needs to be upgraded. And if there are other things the installer checks for, those should be visible as well.

I'm bringing up Teensy3.1 and first pass installed arduino1.5.5 on win8(I also have a DUE) without realizing the Teensy3 background - and when the TeensySw Install came to selecting the Arduino directory it somehow knew it wasn't an IDE arduino 1.05+ - no explanation. So I'm thankful that it didn't :)
but it took me some time and reading to figure it out.
Be nice if there was an explanation.
Overall many thanks for the Teensy3.1 - awesome little board.
