Hello All,

I'm basically putting together a breakout board for my LED Matrix. I'm in the design process using Eagle and using only SMD parts. (2x14 Female headers for the Teensy 3.1, 1x2 wire to board power terminal, 1x8 led strip output wire to board terminal, 1x20 ic socket for HCT245N and 8x 0805 220ohm resistors). I'm looking for input on any issues I may come across with the current set up. Everything worked fine when I had this breadboarded up. I'm just using the 0805 resistors instead of the thru hole ones. Below are the pics on my design. Please give any input if you notice I'm doing anything wrong! I know all of the traces are going to the right spots. Also the traces for the outputs are 12mil and the pwr and gnd are 24mil wide.

Thanks!!

Do not go with the 220ohm resistance. I actually used those resistors to control WS2812b RGB led strip. But I was unsuccessful. I would recommend you that go with 110ohm resistors only.
