How do you change the sampling rate in teensy 3.6?

I want to sample the signal received from the microphone at 8bit 44.1khz using teensy3.6

In the teensy example, you can only change the sample rate to MED::SPED / LOW:SPED, etc.
What we want is 8bit 44.1khz sampling. What should I do?

    I used Google Translator.

    Thank you

The easy way is to use the Teensy Audio library, which is 16 bits, 44.1 kHz sampling. If you only wanted 8 bits, just discard the low 8 of 16 bits.
