Frequency Driven Oscillator -- Using True Audio Output?

We have developed a super low latency pitch detector we want to run on the Teensy 3.1. The source audio will come into the Teensy 3.1 via the Audio Adapter Board.

We want to convert (in real time) the instantaneous pitch estimate into a waveform output (sine, sawtooth, etc.) - using the true audio output.

Here's the catch: We want to "build" the real time output one wavelet (single wave period) at a time, because the pitch detector has that speed and resolution.

Any ideas on an approach would be sincerely appreciated?

For response that fast, you'll probably need to build it all as one or more objects within the library.

From the main program, you can only access stuff on the time scale of 2.9 ms (an update of 128 samples).
