I am streaming accelerometer data from a Teensy 3.1 in a 9 byte packet containing a one byte header and 6 10 bit words at 600 packets per second for 5400 bytes per second.
I am sending the data out Bluetooth.
Serial1.write(packetTransmit,9);
I am receiving the data in a C# forms ap.
I am using C# software Serial processing software provided by a ROOFMAN
http://roofman.wordpress.com/2012/09/13/fast-serial-communication-for-c-real-time-applications/
My C# software receives the packet, converts it to a string and stores it as a line in a tab-delimited file.
My software runs into trouble getting out of sync with the packet header when I push the packet rate to 1200 packets per second.
Does anyone have any suggestions for better C# receiving software ?
thanks,
Richard
