FYIO - Remote control RF module for Teensy 3x

This is probably the best, low cost and low power RF module we have seen in years.
We use it in the "control mode" instead of the "communication mode"
This RF module is easily setup using the AT+ command set.
The module is a 40 meter "line of sight" but they also have a 1 Km one that does not have the remote control feature.

Nice find @stevech but with no documentation supplied by the vendor it's a non-starter for us.

I just received two of those. (I have been working extensively with the RFM22 and RFM69).
Curious little things - should be simple to make a UART or RS232 be wireless! No programming, no co-processor needed.

Thanks for the vendor info on the RF module. We have a policy not to do business with a vendor that is lazy and inept that does not provide the proper support of their products. There are too many vendors that sell electronics now days that are here today and gone tomorrow.

For proper RF feature comparison between both RF modules - in the your vendor information, no where does it state, the remote control feature like in our HC-11 module. The cost is low, the output DBm is high but NO remote control.
Maybe "topper" is still alive
