<ADC.h> library

Hi guys i new to Teensy 3.1
I am trying to read 6 analog inputs and i need to do it as fast as possible with 12 bit . what is the fastest way to do it?

I am currently looking <ADC.h> library



can some one tell me what is the fastest way?, synchonized measurements ?

or can i use analogContinuousDifferentialRead ? <- can some one explane what dose this mean?
