How to view all of the verbose complier ouput in Arduino?

Hi

Can anyone tell me where I can see the full verbose output from the compiler? I have both the check boxes ticked to get verbose output for compile and upload but by the time the compiler has finished the output has been truncated in the Arduino IDE.
