Teensy 2.0...what is the extra set of bottom pads for?

There are 3 sets of empty pads on the bottom of a Teensy 2.0

    1. One set is to hold a 3.3 regulator chip.
    2. Then a series of 3 pads controls the chip voltage from 5 to 3.3 volts by cutting a jumper and bridging two pads with solder.

    3. Then there is a third set of pads(2 pads) that have no indication of what they are for?
    What are they for?
