I build a brand new computer and installed Java on it, then installed Arduino 1.6.0 and ran the Teensy Loader setup program, but it is complaining that it cannot find the above DLL.

What package did I miss that contains this dll? I found the standalone dll but I'm a bit nervous that simply copying over the dll is going to send me down that rabbit hole where it is missing 100 dll's and that's just the first one.

to answer my own question, the Arduino 1.0.6 windows installer did not work. I manually copied from the .zip and all is well.
