Can someone else confirm there is a typo in the boards.txt for the latest teensydunio's F_CPU @ 24 Mhz optimized? (Teensy 3.1)

Opps, yes, that's an embarrassing copy-b-paste mistake!

I've fixed it here right now, so it'll be fixed in the 1.23 beta coming very soon....
