Packaging

I am using the 3.1 for a thesis project and have a question for the packaging aspect of it. My goal is to 3d print an enclosure that includes the teensy, LiPo charger, LiPo battery, and a bluetooth module in as small of a form factor as possible. This may seem like a stupid question, but is there a way to connect the components without jumper cables? I was thinking maybe I could solder wires directly from the holes on the board without using headers to save room but I don't know if this is really possible. What is the typical way to package items like this? If I am unclear about anything please ask and I can elaborate.

You can get an "appallingly small" add-on shield for Teensy 3.1 as a board/pin mounted Lipo Charger. He doesn't have Bluetooth - but something may be out there.

Indeed - in the OP - those embedded links are clean but often subtle - I missed it. But onehorse is active here and it has good history/support - I have 3 that I haven't powered up yet.
