I'm briging back this thread, i've managed to change the amps and the power supply and now i can record 2 streams without any noise coming in, my educated guess is that with 2 recordings the power supply with the audio board is on the limit.
Before i was powering the teensy trough the VIN now i'm powering the teensy directrly trough a 500 ma regulator, no more noise during recording as im my ast files.
The teensy board is the same the teensy sketch is the same, changed powr supply and amp boards.
