I encountered a behavior that does not make sense to me
I have TLC connected via USB hub to Win 8.1
TLC runs blink.
Com port 9 in shown on Device manager
OK
I press program button and as expected Com9 disappears and HID shows up.
I press now again program button and blink restarts and COM9 reappears
Behavior is NOT deterministic as usually HID persists after repeated pressing of prog button, but I observed erratic behavior few times before on my TLC.
To me it looks as HalfKay occasionally creates reset when prog button is pressed.
I don't recall to have this seen on T3.1
