The largest memory I2C EEPROM I know and use is the ST
M24M02 , with 2 Mbits (256 kbytes) of memory. I doubt there are any bigger capacity EEPROMS. Maybe
spi flash is what you need?
Yeah i noticed i2c flash does not seem to go that big. But spi has quite a few 64mb chips. I will go down this route instead
