"Next" button doesn not enable in "teensyduino.exe"

Hi,

I understand that Next button in teensyduino.exe will only enable if a supported version of Arduino is found.
But in my case, it doesn't seem to enable at all.

I have just downloaded the latest teensyduino.exe and despite of running it as Admin, the Next button doesn't enable.




I have tried it on different Arduino versions i.e. arduino-1.0.5, arduino-1.0.6, arduino-1.6.3 and the latest arduino-1.6.7 but same results.
I have also tried on 3 different PCs, running Win 7, Win 10 and Win Vista but same results.

Am I doing anything wrong?

I had been trying since yesterday and it was not working, but now suddenly it worked , surely I was doing something wrong!

For others benefit, I am posting the screenshot which displays the error after pressing "?" (btw, I totally missed out that button all the time)

After seeing the errors, It tried it on arduino-1.0.6 and it worked like a charm.
