Reading the description of what they have vs what they hope to have, I'd be more concerned about components heating enough to come loose all on their own.
Still a clever trick that may show up at our end of the market as part of a tool chain that spits out one of a kind prototypes down in the surface mount dimensions, especially for double sided use or with the conductive inks that don't solder well.
