1.27 Installer wont select folder

Trying to update my Teensy install w/1.27 after latest Arduino IDE update.
The installer asks me to Select Arduino Folder ... but the NEXT button never gets activated no matter where I navigate to... Mac OSX 10.9.5; Arduino IDE 1.6.8 (doesnt matter which folder)

I keep several older Arduino apps around, as sometimes stuff seems to require older versions (especially old projects that only ran in 1.0 stuff). These all live under /Applications/ArduinoIDE
eg /Applications/ArduinoIDE/Arduino 1.6.8.app/

Why?

(also cant seem to insert screenshot image tonight... of course this all happens as I'm about to run out door to ArduinoSIG meeting at makerspace).
 
K.. that seems to install. I do note the placement of the icon for TeensyDuinoInstall in the .dmg obscures.
Now to work thru the library incompatibilities with 1.6.8
