Idea/Suggestion: Teensy LC with 2 5V buffers (for APA102)

I'm on mobile, please excuse my brevity. With WS2812 LEDs slowly being replaced by APA102, I thought it might be worth considering a change of the Teensy LC. How about replacing the buffer at pin 17 with a dual buffer (same form factor) and using it to buffer pins 11 and 13?
Since there is no more room on the "standard teensy pinout" for another output, this could be routed to a backside 3-way solder jumper and then to the existing pin 11 or pin 13 location. The backside copper layer looks like it has enough room for that.
Now there might be better ways to break out those 5V-outputs and one could use the alternate pins instead, but the core idea and suggestion is to bring 5V SPI (without CS and MISO) to the LC.
