Getting the yellow Triangle w/ Exclamation point

I have WIN7 PC and 21 Teensy's plugged in. Out of the blue, 2 and sometimes 3 of them will get the yellow Triangle w/ Exclamation point saying driver failed. What has happened or going on? If i unplug a good one and replug a failed one, it then works. Bandwidth shows less than 20% on the hubs according to windows. Just last week I had no issues running all these. Now I can't get them all to work at the same time. I have 4 powered hubs running, 3 are TT rated as well. Any help or ideas would be great. I even tried updating my chipset usb drivers. No change.
