    I'm wary of any tool that charges a per-month fee without a clear export path to an offline flat-rate tool. Seems like the designs could be held hostage in their system.

    Upverter interoperates with other industry-standard software such as OrCAD, Altium, and Eagle.
    Interoperates is a vague word which usually means import more than export.

    I love upverter. Very easy to learn and use. I also donít mind paying the $29 to have complex parts made.

    My biggest concern is it being cloud software. It would suck if they decided to close the product down.
