FYI, for anyone interested, I managed to assemble a working Teensy 3.2 DIY Reference Board. I used this board from OSH Park and this BOM from thewknd. For assembly, I went with solder stencils from OSH Stencils, a very good pair of tweezers, and a cheap toaster oven. I simply manually adjusted the toaster oven temperature and used my phone to time the different soak points. A few pins on the MK20DX256 bridged during reflow, but were easy to clean up with some braid. Otherwise the assembly went smoothly.
