Kindly let me know can I remove the bootloader once the controller is programmed?..

Means If i remove the bootloader will controller perform the same task which is burned?.. or it will not work?.
 
Yes. You've asked this question several times over the last year. Yes, Teensy 3.2 (and all the 32 bit Teensy boards) are designed so the code you upload can work without the bootloader chip, if you have some other way to get the code into the main chip.

Please do not keep creating new threads to ask this question again and again.
