I am in the middle of getting a teensy to display lines of text onto an lcd with switch inputs, which is moving along nicely.
I thought it would also be cool to use the audio add on board to have an aural warning when the inputs happen.
Could you take the inputs from one teensy, and transmit that data out to the second teensy? The second teensy would be the one with the audio board.
The second teensy would have its own inputs and know when to output an aural warning, but since it would also be receiving data from the second teensy it would also know when those inputs have been switched and output an aural warning as well.
I suppose you could even prioritize the audio warnings?
Is all this possible, using pins 0 and 1 (RX1 and TX1) ?
