debug capacitive touch sense with graphical tool

Hello,

I would like to reproduce this setup : youtube Capacitive Touch Sensing on Teensy (atmega) with piece of wire but I cannot find the source code.

The aim is to learn about designing antenna as proximity sensor and studying environment, noise... debugging capacitive touch sense with a graphical tool.

Any idea of a software to display trace ?

Edit : I just discover the serial plotter that should do the job! I am trying to use it now.
