Reset-Button in teensy loader

Hi Paul,

can you add a reset-button to the teensy-loader ?

I use it a lot with TYQT, and having such a button in teensy-loader would be great.

I could have used it too. Maybe make it an option off by default if you don't want to confuse first time using people.
