I have incorporated changes for using SK6812 RGBW LEDs with updated OctoWS2811 for usage with Teensy-LC and 3.5/3.6.

I simply put his changes into a forked version of Paul's OctoWS2811 code, and made it into a working library. Also added Mackenzie's test ino. Other examples have not been thoroughly tested.
