Can another chip use the same 2 I2C pins as the audio boad? There won't be a lot of traffic to the other chip

Thanks. I read another post here recently that had me concerned that it might want exclusive use. I must have mis-understood what he ment. I just sent a board off to fab and was thinking it would be yet another time I get a critical piece of information a bit too late.

Do you have a link to the post you read?

If that is true, the only reason I can think of would be if the Audio board library is coded that way.

Are you using the library? Maybe someone who is familar with it can comment?

Or potentially it might be that the other device someone was trying to use did not play nicely.

I miss read the other post. It' was talking about default I2C pins and A4and A5. I don't have the pin out handy at the time. I was getting ready for work and as you know A4and A5 are the default pins. I'm not the sharpest pencil in the box at 4:30 am on a Monday
