Hello, I'm building a proof of concept for a big led installation (about 37000 pixels)
and I'll be using lots of teensies to handle it, I think between 12 and 20, each one with its ethernet interface.
the first idea was using a 24 ports switch and a long ethernet cable to each one of them.
But in the physical part of the installation (spread over 25 x 10 meters) it makes more sense to make something like a "tree" of switches
like the computer connects to a 8 ports switch, and then it branches for 3 or 4 more switches.
Do you have any advice of which design solution is better? If we lose some frames with more devices?
Thank you!
